At Stardust Linens, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in new condition.

Items must be returned within 30 working days from the date of purchase.

A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns or exchanges.

Please note that items which are described as made-to-measure, such as our net curtains, are non-refundable as they are cut to order.
Non-Returnable Items:
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that have been used.

Items that are not in their original packaging.

Items that are damaged after delivery.

How to Return or Exchange:​​

To initiate a return or exchange, please email stardustlinens@outlook.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
